I enjoyed your blog about Nama’s sawdust burner. I live near a small town in Oregon who’s skyline, for many years, claimed the same style of burner, tall and cylindrical like the one you wrote about. Most of the consumers in Oregon are/were called wigwams because of their conical shapes. Do you know of any good sources on the history of the cylindrical consumers? Were they patented? Was there a manufacturer? Time frame when they were made/used. I would appreciate any information you could send my way.
